Dishane Hewavithana

Dishane Kalya Hewavithana

Founder & Conservation Biologist

Dr. Dishane Hewavithana holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Science and Policy and is currently a Postdoctoral Associate at Florida International University. Her work focuses on the intersection of linear infrastructure development, conservation, and policy in Sri Lanka.

She has extensively published on roadkill ecology, invasive alien species, and promoting sustainable infrastructure solutions to ensure biodiversity coexists with economic development.
